CAB:unconstitutional, anti- secular,discriminatory??

CAA(Citizenship Amendment Act) is all around newspapers, news channels, Instagram's stories, whatsApp's status and all in the social media platform. Why?
Is it violation fundamental right? Did BJP government violated Article 25? Did india lost its status of secularism?

The answer is a simple NO, CAA doesn't not violate any fundamental right. The action of the government is not wrong, here the only wrong people is 'US', we the people of India.

Many students are being injured, they being beaten by the police, why? because they have miss understood CAA, the Act is trying to change the meaning of illegal immigrants. A illegal immigrant is a foreigner who comes in India without valid permission or a person who come in India with a valid permission but stayed beyond the permitted time period.

CAA says that any person who have come to India as illegal immigrant before 31 December 2014 from Afghanistan, Pakistan or Bangladesh and belongs to Hinduism, Sikhism, Jainism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism (Parsi) or Christianity will not be called as illegal immigrants.

Many people came to India as illegal immigrants, they came in the search of a better life and better future.

But why did immigrants came to India??
During 19th and 20th century Parsis came to India because of religious persecution, in 1947 India Pakistan partition took place and more than 1 crore people migrated from India to Pakistan, from Pakistan to India

During Bangladesh freedom movement (160-1970) many Bangladeshi came to India because of language persecution, in 1979 when Soviet Afghan war took place, many people from Afghanistan came to India and during China-tibet war many Buddhist came to India, as well as India became the second home of Dalai lama.

It only favours the 6 religion who are minorities in Afghanistan, Pakistan or Bangladesh because they are Islamic states and minorities in these countries are being killed,convert, troubled and tortured.

The religious persecution makes them to move to India as immigrants.

Today people in India are saying that CAA doesn't include Muslims, BJP don't want them to live in India but it's not true we love all the Muslim as our brother and sisters, all Indian have grown up by pledging "All Indian are my brother and sister.

But here the fact is that in all these Islamic country, Muslims are majority, they are not getting persecuted in there own country, but minorities are.

So my dear friends atlease stop this nuisance, please stop hurting children, general public, and please stop violence.
