Indian apex court has given the message that judiciary is not independent ...... Radio Pakistan reported
The century old dispute over 1500 square yards land in Ayodhya is over. Supreme court on 9th day of November 2019 in its judgment observe that Ram janam bhumi will be given to a government-run trust for the Ram temple and 5 acres(20234.282 square meters) of land to construct a mosque in Ayodhya.
Our neighboring country doesn't look too happy with judgment of the supreme court,on the same day of the judgment Pakistan's foreign minister did not looked happy with the timing of the judgment.
On the same day of the inauguration of Kartapur corridor, the Indian apex court will pronounce the judgment on the Ayodhya distpute says Shah Mahmood Qureshi, he even said that verdict will put more pressure on already suppress Muslim community.
Pakistan's Human right Minister Shireen Mazari also objected the timing of the verdict.
In a post on Twitter, he said:
"The contrast between the Indian SC's verdict on Babari Mosque strengthening the Hindutva creed and Pakistan's opening of the Kartarpur Corridor - both on the same day - could not be more stark"
Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Hussain termed the verdict as "shameful, disgusting, illegal and immoral."
Commenting on the judgment, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the Indian apex court has given the message that it is not independent, state-run Radio Pakistan reported.
Does Indian supreme court is really not acting independently?
The above comment may have force you to think twice about Indian judicial system,but the answer of the above question will always will be no Indian judiciary have always acted as independent and have ensure existence of a just society. People who are talking about winning and losing the Ayodhya case, do not have any idea about the depth of the case and of the judgment. To have a better understanding of the case you should read 1043 page SC's judgment.
